For "customer" or "you" please read person or persons placing an order for goods by any method from Wild Connections.
By ordering goods from our shop, whether by telephone, online or by mail, you will be deemed to be in agreement with these terms and conditions and shall be deemed to have entered into a contract with us. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Nothing within these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.
ORDERING We are able to accept orders via our online shopping facility, which uses Paypal for secure online payments by debit/credit card, or by mail order with cheque payment.
PRICES All prices shown are in pound sterling, inclusive of VAT and post and packaging UNLESS clearly stated otherwise. Prices on the website may be adjusted at any time and without notice.
DELIVERY Goods will be posted by 1st Class Post unless otherwise stated. Goods will normally be posted on TUESDAYS.
Please allow up to 14 days from payment if ordering online or cheque clearance if ordering by mail for delivery (cheque clearance takes 10 working days). Please contact us by e-mail or telephone if your item does not arrive within this time scale.
We endeavour to keep the website as up-to-date as possible and advise of any out of stock goods, however all goods are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item we will inform you as soon as possible, giving you the option to wait for stock or received a full refund where cleared payment has been received. Refunds in these circumstances will be paid by cheque and posted 1st class Royal Mail.
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of the lost goods, which must be shown to have not been received by the customer.
RETURNS POLICY All goods are checked before dispatch. However, in the very unlikely event that goods are received in a damaged or faulty condition and that fault is on our part, rather than damage caused during transit, then the cost of return postage and the cost of the item/s will be refunded upon receipt of the returned goods. Goods must be returned using the same service as delivery (please enquire if unsure) with enhanced compensation where necessary and we recommend you retain proof of posting. Customers must report faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery, after this period they will be deemed to have received and accepted the goods in satisfactory condition.
LOST PARCELS If your order does not arrive within the 14 day period outlined above, then the customer must advise us within 7 days of the end of this period or they will be deemed to be in receipt of the goods. In the event of non arrival of goods, we will request delivery details from the Royal Mail and the onus will be on the customer to clearly show that they or someone else on their behalf have not received the parcel. If the parcel is clearly shown by the customer not to have arrived, without contention from the Royal Mail, we will send a replacement without further charge.
DAMAGED PARCELS If the parcel is damaged on arrival and the goods have been damaged as a result, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of receipt or they will be deemed to have accepted the goods as satisfactory. If the parcel is damaged in transit by the Royal Mail and the goods have been damaged as a result, the customer must retain the damaged goods and all packaging and provide photographs of the damaged goods and packaging. Subject to receipt of the photographs and retention of the damaged goods and packaging, we will either offer a partial refund if the goods are still functional or provide a replacement without further charge.
SHARP ITEMS Please take care when opening your parcel. Wild Connections cannot be held responsible for any injury sustained.
PHOTOGRAPHS It is difficult to accurately represent size and proportion in photographs on the web and photographs are not intended to reflect relative scale. If you are in any doubt about any details regarding appearance, dimensions or the suitability of the product, please e-mail or call before ordering.
PACKAGING All goods will be sent well packaged and protected. We reuse packaging and paper products or use recycled packaging where possible. Please reuse or recycle where possible after receipt of your parcel.
GUARANTEES Goods which carry a manufacturer's guarantee are covered under the terms and conditions of said guarantee and any claims must be directed to the manufacturer and NOT to Wild Connections. Please ensure that you fill in your details and submit any documents in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, where applicable, at the earliest opportunity.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused. To cancel any order customers may e-mail or write to us quoting name, address and contact details. Customers must take reasonable care of the goods, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Goods must be returned to us within seven days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at the customer's expense unless the goods are deemed faulty and we recommend that you use the same service as delivery (please enquire if unsure) using enhanced compensation where necessary. Upon receipt of the goods in an unused condition and in their original packaging with all accessories, we will post a refund cheque for the original cost of the goods.
FORCE MAJEURE In the event of industrial dispute or other circumstances beyond our control, such as an act of God, civil disturbance, flood, fire or other such even, we will not be liable for non-performances of our obligations. Liability in such instances will be limited wholly to the value of the goods ordered.
PRIVACY POLICY Customers can browse our website without disclosing personal information. If customers choose to use any of the third party website links, such as online purchases through Paypal or purchases through Amazon , then the third party's privacy policy will apply and we cannot be held responsible for such policies. Personal information from our shop is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and if you wish to receive information regarding other services, please contact us - details on our contact page.
Customers contacting us for information regarding activities will be held on a database in accordance and will be kept up-dated with current course information with the option of removal from the database.
All information is held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We will not share your information with any other parties unless you have specifically asked us to do so.
